So much has happened in the last couple of months it's just taking time to catch up.
Firstly: me and my fiancee of four years broke up and that's okay, I think we both needed a break from each other.
Secondly: I'm seeing someone new. Not exactly a relationship or anything like that. Just someone to occupy my mind and time with. I spend all my time over at his place.
Thirdly: I just got a promotion at work, I worked my ass off for two days proving that I could manage both Fast food and my dish washing duties to my very obnoxious boss. It might not be much but at least it is something. I start on Friday and I'll officially stop having much of a social life.. Not that I had much of one anyway. It just means more hours and a happier me.
AND yes I am happy. Sometimes I feel a little bit of guilt for finding this happiness inside me. But at the same time I deserve it. I'm writing more again, I'm going to go back to school next year. I might even start taking some cooking courses, I've been told that I could go somewhere with my cooking because I'm so good at it. Who knows really. My puppy is officially seven months old on the 8th I can't believe she is that old. It feels like I've had her forever. A royal pain in my butt.
There isn't really much else going on in my life. Just drastic changes.
And, for once in my life. I'm okay with those changes.

Poison, I see, hath been his timeless end:
O churl! drunk all, and left no friendly drop
To help me after? I will kiss thy lips;
Haply some poison yet doth hang on them,
To make die with a restorative. ~Shakespeare

"People say that god is dead, but how can they think that...if I show them the devil?"
"These hands will always be rough..."
